Any grotesque or blatant harmful or unwanton acts will be removed at request and the user creating the abuse may be warned and/or permanently removed.

Age is open to anyone over 13years of age however it is the user’s responsibility to obey the law of their own location. If it’s a requirement for only over 18s to see porn then those under that age MUST not enter those sections of the site. RTS cannot be held responsible for actions taken by individuals breaching this or giving information falsely on registration – i.e. age, location etc. RTS does not vet or undertake to protect its users from any ‘accidental’ breaches.

RTS are ‘open-minded’ however some material will not be allowed on this site. For instance child pornography is prohibited and user found to abuse such material will be banned and we may even report such offenders to the relevant law enforcement agency!

By using this site all material/images etc cannot be kept as personal and any individual claim to copyright therefore must be taken in mind that once released may be found on other sites on the internet. Any posting of material in a malicious way that is against the original users wishes will not be tolerated, any reports of such will be dealt with confidentially and firmly.

You can cancel your membership to the site at anytime on request and RTS guarantee that you records will be totally removed unless they are kept to maintain those who have become removed purposefully and therefore kept in sufficient detail to maintain that those cannot gain re-entry. To cancel pm any member of staff giving reasons etc.

RTS will not use your email address. Only pm’s will be used within the site. If you do get any communication from RTS assume it is abusive or dangerous (virus) and delete it immediately. Report such communications to staff for investigation. Any abuse of your personal details will not be tolerated and even staff will be removed from RTS membership if found doing so. If this changes it will be report on the site. In future we may feel periodic newsletters etc may be useful but you would be able to remove your details from this subscription. RSS feeds will obviously be user made and solely down to the user to cancel if so required.
