RTS - Basic Policy RTS (Respect The Seed) is a community built around the idea of respecting the seeders and all the good stuff that comes with that.

It's free for all members to upload whatever they want to upload! The uploaders are always anonymous and dedicated uploaders have benefits beyond VIP status. To become a dedicated uploader you simply compete with approved uploads according to site rules (see FAQ for changes). This site is using a sub category system that sorts the torrents to make browsing clearer. That also helps tell if the torrent is a "NoneScene" (home made, altered, etc) torrent. All torrents have the same value no matter what category it belongs to. Any improving ideas are welcome in the forums. Have fun and stay friendly!
